Yuanchung Lee holds a B.A. in philosophy from Northwestern University; an M.A. in philosophy from Brown University; and a J.D. from Yale Law School, where he was a member of the Yale Law Journal. He is author of The Constitutional Lineage of Federal Indian Law, 27 New Mexico L. Rev. 273 (1997).
Mr. Lee clerked for the Honorable Jon O. Newman of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, after which he joined the Federal Defenders as a trial attorney in the Manhattan office. Mr. Lee has worked in the Appeals Bureau since 2000.
