Ariel Werner is a graduate of Brown University and New York University School of Law, where she was a Root-Tilden-Kern Scholar. Prior to joining the Federal Defenders in 2019, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Edgardo Ramos, of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, and as a trial attorney in the Maryland Office of the Public Defender.
