Colleen P. Cassidy is in the Appeals Bureau. She practices regularly before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, where she has briefed and argued well over 100 cases. Significant victories include the en banc decision in United States v. Thomas, 274 F.3d 655 (2d Cir. 2001)(argued as amicus curiae); United States v. Ms. Cassidy received her law degree from Georgetown Law Center and previously worked as a litigator at Townley & Updike
