Jonathan Marvinny began his legal career as a staff attorney at the Office of the Appellate Defender (OAD), where he litigated appeals in the New York State Appellate Division, First Judicial Department, and the New York Court of Appeals. After OAD, he worked as a trial attorney at the Legal Aid Society in Brooklyn and at the Neighborhood Defender Service of Harlem, where he represented clients in New York State courts charged with crimes ranging from misdemeanors to serious felonies. Jonathan graduated from New York University School of Law in 2004.
