Tai H. Park

Tai Park is an accomplished trial lawyer whose practice focuses on white collar criminal and regulatory defense, related securities class action litigation and other complex litigation. Mr. Park served for ten years as a federal prosecutor in the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York, where he held various positions, including Senior Trial Counsel in the Securities & Commodities Fraud Task Force, as well as Chief of the Narcotics Unit.  He then moved to Shearman & Sterling, where he was a litigation partner at for ten years.  In 2009, Mr. Park co-founded Park & Jensen, where he continues to successfully represent both institutional and individual clients in a broad range of criminal, regulatory and civil matters.
