I didn't receive a Skedda confirmation email.
Check to make sure you signed up with the correct email. Also, only one person per group (the person who actually booked the call on Skedda) will receive the confirmation email.
I haven't received a confirmation email from Federal Defenders with my VTC link. What do I do?
Only one person per group (the person who actually booked the call on Skedda) will receive this email the DAY BEFORE the VTC. It is this person's responsibility to forward this email to the other VTC participants.
Why can't I book a call with my client?
There are a number of reasons why you can’t book a call with your client.
You may be trying to book a call that is too soon (<28hours) or too far in the future (more than two weeks out).
A call on another unit on the same floor may be occupying all of MDC's capacity on your client's floor at that time, even if your client's unit appears to be available
I don’t see my client's floor on Skedda. How do I find it?
Use the arrow keys in the top right corner of the screen to scroll through the floors.
How can I edit or cancel my call?
You can edit or cancel your call by following the link in the confirmation email Skedda sent you. You can edit or cancel the call up to 28 hours before the call is supposed to happen.
